Frequently asked

Do I need a JING ball to use the plan?
No. The 39-day training plan works with any indoor-appropriate ball. JING is a silent training ball if you want to run the drills in an apartment without disturbing anyone, but the drills themselves work outdoors or in a gym with any ball.
How long is each drill?
10 to 20 minutes. Short enough to fit between work, school, or watching the match. The plan is designed to be sustainable across 39 days, not punishing.
Can adults use the plan or is it just for kids?
The plan is scaled for three age groups (8-12, 13-17, 18+) and three skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). Adults at any level get drills appropriate for indoor training.
Where do I download the plan?
